Frank Seta & Associates, LLC was retained to provide masonry wall and precast pannel consulting services for this 29-story and 14-story tower with a 9-story low-rise condominium project related to the design of the exterior walls, roofing, and waterproofing, including design review and quality control inspection. Additionally, we will provide the air and water tests in the field and laboratory during construction.
