Frank Seta was retained to provide window wall, and precast panel consulting services for
this 37-story commercial project related to the design of the exterior walls, roofing, and
waterproofing, including design review and quality control inspection. Additionally, we
will provide the air and water tests in the field and laboratory during construction.
