Frank Seta & Associates, LLC will provide curtain-wall consulting services for these
44-story residential and hotel and 25-story office project related to the design of the
exterior walls, roofing, and waterproofing, including design review and quality control
inspection. Additionally, we will provide the air and water tests in the field and
laboratory during construction.
