This new $140 million, 400,000 SF state-of-the-art Life Science Complex was constructed on
the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. The complex houses life-sciences research designed to
improve human health by developing new therapies to treat and cure disease. The buildings
will have masonry walls with punched windows and curtain wall, metal panels with strip
windows and skylights. Frank Seta provided curtain wall consulting services to the
architect including review of the exterior walls, roofing and waterproofing, review of
shop drawings and specifications. Additionally, witnessed the air and water tests and
provided quality control during construction. |
