Frank Seta & Associates was retained to provide window-wall masonry wall, and punched window consulting services for this 19-story residential project related to the design of the exterior walls, roofing, and waterproofing, including design review and quaity control inspection. Additionally, we provided the air and water tests in the field and laboratory during construction.
